It took me 12 nail salons to find this place. I am a really picky person when it comes to my nails and finding the right salon took me a while. Lisa is amazing! She takes her time and does an amazing job. I love designs and colors and every time I bring a new idea to her she isn't afraid to make it happen. I have had techs who flat out say no and do a poor job. Lisa on the otherhand has impressed me. I definitely recommend this place.
Had an appointment and still had to wait (not cool).
Like another reviewer said, it didn't smell like a nail salon! They take credit cards, but tips are still cash only.
In addition, a very sloppy job of polishing my nails was done (polish on skin, etc.).
The massage and scrub felt great, but as far as the finished product, #FAIL.
It was a very pleasant experience. Kindly greeted when I walked in and was directed to the wall of nail colors, mostly reds then my manicure was started immediately. She took the time to address some nail issues I had that my old salon never did, but didn't waste any time. Nails turned out beautiful and can't wait to go back for one of their unique pedicures in a great massage chair.
I also noticed my cuticles had not been cleaned properly while she was polishing them. Just a really sad experience cause my experience with them in the pas has been good.
Went here for a pedicure, only, and opted for one of the signature pedicures. It was NOT inexpensive (it was actually quite pricey for the quality of service I was given).
I don't get all of the glowing reviews of this place.....I tried this place because of the Yelp reviews, but this time, not so consistent.
Was finally taken back to the bowl/chair. The lady scrubbed by foot so hard, it brought blood near the surface of my skin (but never came through the skin). I noticed it when I got home! REALLY?!
She didn't seem to care :( it was very rushed....the spa towel was cold n from experience I know it's supposed to be warm. Plus she used one towel for both hands :(
Horrible service, blood, different shape, different size, attitude!!!! I asked to change the nail techician, but the second one didnt know her job either. They dont see obvious shape differences. Techicians: Kim and Hayden. I've noticed they don't pay attention what the client wants. Its seemed like they didnt do it in purpose, but they really dont know their job. They really dont see that one nail is shorter, but the other one os longer. Rush. What a waste of 65$.
