The geek squad sucks. Brought my computer in and they did not fix it. I bring it back in and they tell me i have to call in and set up an appointment. What type of service is that. Wish I did get my money back on my service contract. Last timebi wil EVER, EVER buy anything from best buy.
Geek squad made me wait 3 weeks to not fix my problem as far as I know they did not even open my laptop!!! Returned 3 times... only good thing I got my $$$$ back from insurance protection....
This is the best buy that I go to the most since it's on the way home from work. Nice place great parking, the store is really big and they have a ton of electronics. For my last visit I was looking for the Pixel 2 XL which they didn't have but they have me a good recommendation as to where I could find it. I also bought my laptop here a few months ago and had a good experience.
This place is insane. Spent a hour trying to return an item for which I had a receipt. Cashier keep trying return an item that I didn't have then keep saying that he can't return the item because I did not have the item with me. It was like an episode of the twilight zone. It was absolutely crazy
Had a really bad experience with one of their associate yesterday. He was very very rude with me. I asked him for a manager, he said "I'm a manager" i found out he is not, he is an associate only. He refused to call any other manager. So I had to go to talk to the security guy and tell him that i wanted to talk to a manager. The A.S.M came, i explain him what happened but he didn't seem to be interested on what was i saying. He just was more focused on sale me the product (which is what he did ) than what had happened. I feel sorry for those customers that have to go there because there's no other options and have to face this guy associate calling himself "manager" and acting so rude. It's a shame for a great store like bestbuy.
