I went to this store and another jewelry store located in the Bradlee shopping center on king street to shop repair costs. I wanted to adjust the size of a 18ct gold ring with an artificial stone. The question for me, was it worth doing. Direct Jewelry Outlet provided great customer service. They recapped the history of the ring, very educational. They offered an explanation of their pricing and cost, suggested restyling my ring. Their pricing was very fair.
Amazing jewelry store. The employees are very knowledgeable and they do not mark up prices as much as other stores. They will teach you about the jewelry you are about to purchase to help with your decision. I bought my fiancé her engagement ring here and could not be happier with my decision.
