Horrible. I have never encountered lazier, more irresponsible service anywhere. The second time in a month I have come in about lost or misdelivered/damaged packages. The clerk, Alison said she could not help me and gave me the number of an annex to call - which directed me back to this PO. Disturbing that these people represent the US Federal Government. Will go with private mail companies like UPS in future.
Incredibly rude staff. Brushes off any issues and gives you a number to a "supervisor" that rings and is never answered. No one here will take any responsibility to get you your mail.
