The day finally arrived; I had to stop playing Peter Pan and grow up. Buying a home was a big step, and one that I was nowhere near prepared for. I had known Michael for a while, and since he was a realtor, I decided to give him a shot. Hindsight being 20/20, BEST DECISION I could have made!! I needed someone who understood my needs and wants, and who could hand-hold and guide me through the process. Michael was competent, responsive, and never pushy to make a quick decision. He let me make the decision on my own, and was always there to answer any questions I had (which were quite a few). Whenever anyone comes over to my home and sees what I got for the price, they are astounded. There needs to be more real estate agents with Michaels ethics, passion, humor and diligence. He gets it!
