This is horrible service, do yourself a favor, skip this service.
I bought the ticket for my family to go to Vietnam, and the owner/travel agent took my son passport for visa. After several days, like 3 weeks, this lady keeps quiet and not even call us for the passport, I called her to get the passport and she gives me excuses. We will call the general attorney to get involved as we can not even get my son passport back.
Absolutely horrible service.
