I think the service is good...one issue: One cashier that has been there for about 3 years or horrible. She lacks basic courtesy. She will not say hello nor say thank you.
1. Car wasn't properly vacuumed still dirty.
She rocks!!!
2. No tire shine was applied.
This carwash Is Expensive. Paid $28.00 for interior and exterior wash.
On the other hand, there's another cashier (I believe she's from Ethiopia) She's awesome!
Employees do not care about your satisfaction. I paid $45 to get my car clean inside and out and they refused to clean the side pocket of the passanger side which had a remain of lotion that spilled. When I asked for a tower to get it done myself they push me out of the way. I reached out to their management to complain and never heard back. This makes me believe the management is as bad as the employees on-site. I would have sue if I had the luxury of time. I regret topping thhem. Avoid them if you can!!
If i pay $28.00 dollers car should be looking clean interior and exterior.
3. They didn't pay attention to clean rims.
Do not waste your money don't go there..
They could be a little more detailed with the inside cleaning... But if you want a quick clean and be on your way - this is the place!

Horrible experience at this place. They finished cleaning the inside in seconds. I was shocked to find later dust and dirt everywhere. I had also asked them to remove a speck of sticky dirt on the window. They refused to clean it up saying that is done by detailing shop. What !! What am I paying them for?
