THEY SCRATCHED MY TOUCH SCREEN.
My car has a touch screen as most new cars do, when they cleaned it they used a dirty rag, I can tell because there are now 4 large scratches running horizontally across the touch screen.
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it.
It was obviously done by using a dirty cloth and you can even feel the scratches in the touch screen now. I went back and wasn't upset or anything, just wanted to see what I should do, the manager named David, immediately accused me of doing it myself then trying to blame them, yelled and refused to do anything about it, didn't give me their insurance information and told me to just leave and thats that. He even made my car window dirty by smearing his hand across it to demonstrate how it couldn't have been them because my window didn't also get scratched, obviously faulty logic and horrible customer service, the worst I have ever experienced.
Not worth for your money, stains and dirt marks are still appealing everywhere after the wash. I highly recommend washing your car by yourself if you're a car enthusiast. If you don't have time, then you should go somewhere else or choosing the lowest option.
The worst experience ever. I did a premium wash that they recommended and stains were still remaining on the car and they didn't even clear up leaves stuck under the wipers. I asked them to do it again and the manager acted like a douche bag. He sarcastically told me "Whatever makes your day better" with the attitude. After the second round, nothing changed. Stains and leaves remaining, and I gave up. They simply don't care how the wash is done. Such a waste of money and time.
I washed My two cars here. My cars was cleaned all the time after employees finish their job. I always was happy. They even removed all bugs on the front and windshield at no extra cost. You guys have to go there. I knows many employees to work for a long time there. They told me they hace worked over five years. I like them all. Thank you very muchos.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any business ever. I wish I would have read the bad reviews before coming in. I was in the area and decided on a quick wash. First off, the car wash I got was horrible I got the "Manager Special" and my car wasn't even close to clean, but I digress.
No one ever answers the phone! How can you run a business and not pick up your phone to talk to customers! ? There is no manager to be found unless he's asleep in the closet (a worker told me that). The old manager, who I believe no longer works there, was the only reason I used to come. Good luck SeCar! The owner is apparently trying to run this business into the ground.
They didn't even offer to refund my $21 car wash.
