I came in looking for a couch and I left purchasing an entire living room that I am very excited about; all for a great price! I really appreciated working with Omar. He did a great job allowing me to look at the venue options and answering all my questions. Very patient. Staff was very polite.
We had the pleasure of working with Basil this past week at Ashley's. He provided us with space as we navigated the sales floor and was available for questions when we needed him. He demonstrated persistence when he spoke to the manager several times, ensuring that he was getting us the best deal. We appreciated all of his help!
If i could give them 0 stars I would. The buying experience was great but the customer service i have received since ordering my furniture has been HORRIBLE. PLEASE STAY AWAY spend more for better quality service. I purchased my furniture in September about to be December and still haven't received it. I was promised early November then after thanksgiving and now they are stating they cant promise it for Christmas. Representatives and rude and do not care to help you. I cant tell you how many times i have called and they told me they would call me back or a manager will call me back and no one has. I don't understand how this company is still in business. I wish I could return all my furniture but they add restocking fee's FOR STUFF THAT ISN'T EVEN IN STOCK.
Update 10/21: it's been more than a month and I still have to wait for furniture I was "soo excited" about to get delivered. I barely remember what I purchased now. Don't believe the 2-6 weeks... they mean at least 4+ week. I'm disappointed!!! The other reviewers weren't lying.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this Ashley store. Mary Thompson helped us pick the perfect sectional for our new home. She wasn’t your average pushy sales person, which is a BIG plus for us. When we walked in, she informed us of the awesome sales that they were having and then let us walk around by ourselves to check out what they had. She is such a sweet woman and really keeps what you’re looking for in mind. If you go to this Ashley store, ask for Mary! You won’t be disappointed!
Ms. Sarah was really helpful. She gave us many options and helped us pick the right furniture for our new house. Very friendly and welcoming. The general manager, Mr. Ray was very kind and understanding to our budget. We will definitely go back for our furniture needs in the future.
