What a gem of a store. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They made a stressful night turn out so much better. I dealt with all three sales people and they were all wonderful. The store has a very good selection of natural and safe products for all pets. In store ruff wear which is a huge bonus. Will make this my go to pet supply store.

I am a new owner of a Betta fish and was worried because my Betta is sick.. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my queries with so much patience and enthusiasm.. They are very customer friendly.. This place has everything for my fish - different types of food, aquarium salt, antibiotics, water plants for the aquarium, automatic vacation feeder.. The staff answered my questions with respect to all of these.. This place will definitely be my to go shop for pet supply!!
I volunteered here a couple of times. Andrea is awesome (manager). Other staff rocks too. Seems they also have fair prices, from what I could tell.
His tank got treated Saturday night and I've noticed some small improvements in his behavior already. I'm feeling pretty confident that he'll be OK, and your employee is DIRECTLY responsible for this. And I couldn't be more grateful.
Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable staff. No one knows customer service like the staff at Chicos. They have everything here I could possibly need for my three dogs and one cat. There are pets for adoption here, mostly grown cats there are kittens also. They also have fish tanks with fish
I'm pretty sure you guys helped save my fish. I'm treating a new fish I mistakenly bought from a big box store ( NEVER EVER AGAIN will I make that mistake). And one of your employees gave me their personal bottle of copper safe so I could make sure my fish would be OK.
