Lots of fun stuff & yummy treats, but last time we were there, mom was sneaky & gave me a bath!

Very friendly staff. The self serve Dog bath is very nice and for 10 dollars can't really go wrong, easier than washing them at home.
The groomer was amazing with our cat. He felt so calm after his bath. The cashier is also amazing at making sure we always get our points and letting us know about sales and coupons.
Kevin is fantastic. He welcome not only myself but my dog BY NAME when we walk in. He is genuinely interested in the well being of all the animals that walk in the door and will give you honest advice. He is always willing to lend an ear if you have concerns. All the staff has been wonderful, but Kevin in particular has been great. I am glad they have a friendly staff and opened a store close by.
