Usually my fave but meat tastes funny just ordered about 30mins ago and bit into some mysterious meat...blugghhh PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
Whenever you make an online order and show up at the given time don’t expect to have your order ready. You’ll have to wait an extra 20 minutes for it because the staff is so lazy.
Love Chipotle. Hate this location. Consistently slow service. Specifically the first person that puts together the burritos. Usually takes them forever. The person at the meat and salsa station is usually much faster. Seems like the first person isn't set up for success.
This location turned me from the biggest Chipotle fan into not a Chipotle fan. The employees always have something else to do beside helping the customer who is waiting, super stingy portions of chips, quality isn’t great, drink machines often not working properly, and they nickel and dime you for everything. Last time, it cost me $36 to feed myself, my wife and our 8-year-old. Chipotle’s time has come and gone.
Food is standard for Chipotle, but service here is consistently slow. I go to this location only because it's walking distance from my office, but I'd avoid it if I could. I come during slower times (no more than 2 people in front of me in line) and it still takes them 15-20 minutes to get me through the line. It doesn't matter if there's 5 people helping me (one at each station) or one, service is always slow. Serving sizes are smaller than most Chipotles, but decent enough for me to keep coming back.
