If I could give our waitress a 0 I would. She never checked on us after the food was served without us getting up to find her. Needless to say, the bottomless drinks and fries ran out quickly. Very frustrating with young children.
The burgers were just awesome. I have never tasted such good quality burger and fries before. There are a large variety of food choices available such as steak, salads, appetizers etc. But the main attraction are the burgers. Moreover, there are different types of tasty drinks served here. Its really a must visit place. A secret to tell, there are painting and photo frames all around inside and if u pick the one frame which is inverted, the food is free for u...
It's rare to find a place where you can consistently expect great service from every server, but here I can.
Went with the salmon entree last time. It was a good balance of fish, broccoli and coleslaw. Their burgers are also great and they come with unlimited fries. If you are considering an appetizer get the onion ring tower. They come with both chipotle and ranch dipping sauces. Delicious! Our server was also very friendly/funny.
The service was slow. We ordered a ten piece item and only received 9.5, we brought it to their attention and requested that they fill the order completely if we were going to pay full price. When we weren't receiving the item, we asked again. In the end, we were brushed off, never received the full order, and still charged the full amount.
I love this place, it is rare that I have a bad meal. My drinks are always refilled and my food always seems fresh. The staff at the 21+ area is great, I've never had a problem with any of them and I've had pretty much ever waiter and waitress there (I'm pretty sure they know my name).
