One of their drivers was mad last week when I would not pull into Fairfax Circle and block traffic so he could get through. When I flipped him off, he backed up his truck the wrong way down the street and proceeded to violently scream and cuss me out.
My car was gone so fast I strongly suspect the towing guy was parking somewhere hidden and watching my car as I as gone for less than 15 minutes. When I finally got to their location my cars lights were still blinking and they had me wait about a good hour before I could pick up the car, when it was my turn to pay they then told me they take cash only. This was after speaking to somebody in their office as soon as I arrived to be sure my car was there! They could not tell me then I will need to pay with cash! They were very rude, I had to go out, look for an ATM and come back again. Stay away from these people! I also blame my condo association for hiring them.
Mt experience was SO BAD with these people I am writing a review years after the incident because I have not forgotten how bad rude and unprofessional they were. I parked my car at my own condo parking lot as I had to run back in to to get something I forgot one evening.I came out and my car was GONE. I had left my hazard lights blinking to let people know I was parking for only a few minutes.
Courteous and efficient. I reported an issue and it was taken care of within the hour, saved me a load of stress.
If you're reading this, it's already too late. They have your car. These people are criminals. Do not voluntarily do business with them.
