Although the vets here are highly skilled and caring (why I gave 2 stars), I would say dealing with the office staff and nurses is very challenging to say the least. The admin staff needs to show more appreciation and respect for owners PAYING for services and medical care for their pets.
The staff here are always courteous and attentive to my dog's needs. The place is well kept and the services are reasonably priced. I've always left feeling like my dog was in good hands and that the recommendations and diagnoses were as accurate, fair, and sincere. Best veterinary practice in the area.
Started taking our pup here after a bad experience with another vet practice. Always friendly, never have a problem getting an appointment, and easy to get in touch with the Dr. if we have questions. Highly recommend. My only reservation is that they seem very intent on making sure we buy any medications from them rather than shopping around, but if they need to mark them up a bit to keep the good service, I'm ok with that.
Our cat was in a lot of pain, and needed dental work. Falls Church Animal Hospital worked with us to come up with a plan that helped our cat but was also affordable. Their communication was excellent - from face-to-face discussions, their detailed quote, and follow-up after the cat's surgery. Highly recommended!
